This luxurious waterfront cottage is located on Picard Lake, a deep water lake in the Kawartha Highlands with a stunning vista of water, trees and sunsets. Tranquil and picturesque; the perfect place to swim, paddle, relax and unwind.
Enjoy our four season home with a sunken great room featuring incredible views of the lake,a massive field stone fireplace and a three season screened “Kawartha Room”. Also on the first floor 2 bedrooms, (one with a bunk bed that kids love), a four piece bathroom, laundry room and large open kitchen and dining room. Upstate is the loft master suite with ensuite 3 piece bathroom and a sleeping alcove. The 4 season sleeping bunkie is the prized bedroom for kids and adults alike.
A series of natural cedar decks give our guests lots of options for relaxing, reading, outdoor dining and hot tubbing. The upper deck includes a gas BBQ and dining area. A hammock and four person rocker swing on the waterfront offer other spots to get away. And for the kids a tree house!
And the big 20 x 20 dock with swimming raft, canoes and paddle board is the favourite spot for water fun!
