Summary: This house is very spacious with lots of room for family to roam. The basement or lower level is will equate with a large sofa and TV. Also a bedroom. And the washing machine and dryer which we did use for the baby stuff is on the lower level. The main level is open concept with TV and to sofas one of which is a sofa bed dining table and well-equipped kitchen. It's nice to have such a modern kitchen. The upper level has three bedrooms. Very comfortable mattresses and lots of space. Outside there is a small pool which is enough for a family to use. There is a large backyard and I mean really big with a swing set and a fire pit. The kids could play a decent soccer game in the back. I would love to come back. The house is steps away from a grocery store. You could walk you don't have to drive. It's located close to the major highway that goes through Southampton. Very easy to find the house. I would highly recommend this place.
