This brand new 2025 built home has just been completed and outfitted with all brand new furnishings and decor. The home is located adjacent to our hobby farm with goats and chickens. There is a master bedroom with a smart tv and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is located beside the full bathroom (with a bathtub) down the hall. The open style well equipped kitchen is amazing for cooking meals with a large island for gathering with family or friends. The home also has an outdoor covered private patio with comfortable patio furniture, barbeque and a propane fire pit for you to enjoy. There is lots of parking on the premises and a carport for your convenience and storage during your stay.

There are two smart tv's located in the home with Netflix, Disney Plus and Prime. There is also numerous board games and some local books to read on the surrounding area.

There is a large yard on the property partially fenced to let guests and pets enjoy some outside time and exercise.

The home is located in Historic Union Bay which is only a 10 minute drive to Courtenay and only 40 minutes for snowboarding and skiing on Mount Washington. We are also located 10 minutes from the Buckley Bay ferry terminal if you want to explore Denman/Hornby Island and a 25 minute drive to the Comox Airport(YQQ)
