Summary: hard beds and nearly non-existent pillows!! not enough towels in the room, 4 towels should be standard for a 2 queen bed room. not a fan or having to out breakfast paper in the night before. the soap while new in package seemed very old. they do not put milk out at breakfast unless somebody asks for it. there was no heat on in the room when we arrived and fridge was not on so took a while for it to cool off. just seemed like the hotel tries to be “thrifty” at the expense of guests.
