Positive: Max from concierge, Lily, Jerry and the lady manager (with the badge at lapel) at the front desk are great! The condition of the hotel is in desperate need of uplifting.

Negative: Conditions of the hotel itself. I see stain, peeling off paint on the walls in the room even!

Summary: Staff are great. Physical condition of hotel horrendous.
