Enjoy jaw dropping sunrise and sunsets, watch for orcas, humpbacks and eagles. Enjoy the marine traffic sailing by - there is never a moment the views will not inspire.
The home includes 3,000 sq ft, with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and features stunning vaulted ceilings in the living room with a grand fireplace to get cozy, a large spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large dinning room with space for the whole family to gather. The luxurious ground floor master has a king size bed, WFH space and ocean views. The second bedroom is also ground floor and includes a private lock-off door and its own private bathroom with shower. Third bedroom is upstairs and also has ocean views. There is a den space with sofa bed and large 65 inch TV for movie nights.
There is a private hot tub on the large deck that also enjoys the views. Perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The hot tub seats seven.
There is a large washer and dryer for laundry if needed.
If you need to work while at the property, there are three desks (one is a sit-stand) to comfortably work from with a view. The house has gigabit internet so connecting to zoom calls is never an issue.
The home is located close to lakes and ocean. A 2 min drive to Hotel Lake and you can be floating or swimming on a warm day. A gentle walk down to Lee Bay will give you beach and ocean access. There are forests all around for nature lovers and a short hike up the very close Pender Hill will afford you the incredible views over Pender Harbour.
This is not a party house. Loud music or creating a disturbance to the community is not tolerated. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am. Thank you.
