- This is a lower-level suite in a remodeled home with soundproofing, but some normal household sound from above may occasionally be heard. Most guests find this minimal, but—as with any lower-level suite—those who are very noise-sensitive may prefer a fully detached home.
- Sauna note: this is a dry hot-rock sauna (no water on rocks).
- This suite is not pet-friendly.

- If you smoke outside, please use an ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts in the garbage bin.
Guests & Visitors
- Registered guests only. All overnight guests (adults, children, and infants) must be registered on the reservation.
- Overnight visitors who are not registered are not permitted.
- Day visitors require prior approval.
No Pets
Shoes & Belongings
- Please remove shoes at the top of the stairs.
- Do not bring bikes, boards, skis, or other outdoor recreational equipment inside the home.
- Please do not lean items against the faux wood wall near the entrance—it is decorative and easily damaged.
Odours & Consideration for Others
- Please avoid strong or lingering odours (heavy cooking, incense, etc.) that may impact the comfort of other guests or future stays.
Additional Guest Fees
- Reservations include a base number of guests.
- Additional guests are subject to a per-guest, per-day fee, applied to the entire stay.
- Guest count changes must be registered on the reservation.
Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
- A standard short-term rental agreement is required and must be signed within 48 hours (or within 4 hours for last-minute bookings).

The sauna is a dry sauna and is provided for the quiet enjoyment of registered guests only.

- Bare feet only — no shoes
- No glass inside the sauna
- No red wine or staining beverages
- No water on the rocks — this is a dry sauna
- Please turn on the VanEE bathroom exhaust fan for 60 minutes during and after use
- Use is at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times
