Summary: Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms. Bed are a bit stiff Western standards but comfortable. Temperature control in rooms is terrible. Could not change the mode so it was always on heat and room was hot. Had to open the window. This has been a consistent comment from other guest and it is disappointing it has not been fixed.
