Positive: The staff are very nice and the male ones speak English. The manager is lovely helped us with sightseeing advice spoke really good English. And the other male guy, sorry I don't have your names, he helped take our bag to metro. Great spacious room, nice cleaner lady, laundry facilities where we did all our washing and drying. very clean. great breakfast. Right next to Wanyuanji metro, takes around 50 mins to forbidden city.

Negative: There's no where to sit in foyer, except in the small cafe if you have to wait.
